Manchester United are continuing to keep an eye on Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot, who may leave the Serie A side this summer.
Tuttomercatoweb report that the French midfielder is ‘one of the most followed’ players by teams in the Premier League this year.
Manchester United are particularly interested and have watched the 25-year-old on several occasions, sending their scouts to watch some of Juventus’ Champions League games according to Tuttomercatoweb.
Rabiot joined Juventus on a free transfer from Paris Saint Germain last summer but has found his first year in Italy challenging to say the least.
However, he was heavily linked with a move away in January and continues to be so, with it explained that they might not exclude him from potential sales this summer as he would represent a ‘capital gain’ given they signed him on a free.
Manchester United are seemingly considering offering that, although their name being linked is nothing new given there have been numerous rumours over the years.
Much will likely depend on the future of Paul Pogba. Should he leave, United will need a replacement and Rabiot may make sense. Should he stay, though, Rabiot is unlikely to be a target unless Juve push for him to leave.
