Manchester City’s interest in Claudio Bravo is finally turning into action. According to the Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, the English club have already contacted the goalkeeper’s agent in order to know the conditions of a transfer.

Barcelona reportedly don’t want to sell, as they are happy in having two good keepers in the squad. But as Manchester City are said to be interested both in Marc Andre ter Stegen and in Bravo, the Spanish side would rather sell the Chilean due to his age.

They would have two conditions to let Bravo go. The first of them is that Bravo needs to ask personally to be sold, presumably so they can then blame it all on him. The second is that Manchester City need to make an attractive offer so Barça can at least consider it.

Mundo Deportivo says this offer should be of at least €20m, but even they consider it to be too high for a 33-year-old goalkeeper.

The €20m figure has been everywhere in Spain this week relating to Bravo, almost like Barcelona want that figure to be known.
