Dinamo Moscow boss Sandro Schwarz has urged star Arsen Zakharyan to ignore the reported interest from the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City and stay at the club.
Zakharyan has been in fine form for the Russian side this season, with two goals and seven assists in 14 games.
The 18-year-old is one of the rising stars of Russian football, and there have already been reports in England that the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City are keen on his signature.
Both clubs are reportedly keeping a close eye on the winger and his teammate Konstantin Tyukavin, who is also considered a top talent after breaking into the Dinamo first-team in 2020.
Whether either make a move in future remains to be seen, but their current manager thinks they would do well to avoid the current interest and stay where they are.
“It would be stupid of me as their coach to talk them down. I think they can have a great career,” he told Sport BILD, when asked specifically about the two clubs.
“The crucial thing is that they find the right time to take the next step in their development.
“First of all, I want them to play for Dinamo for a while. We don’t want to just develop players and fall by the wayside ourselves.”
