Manchester United scout Krsto Kilibarda was in the stands during Medipol Basaksehir’s clash with Genclerbirligi last weekend.
It’s been claimed the Manchester United official was getting a lowdown on Basaksehir winger Cengiz Under ahead of the summer transfer window. The player has impressed for the Turkish side this season, and could be an option for Manchester United this summer according to the Turkish media.
Kilbarda also attended Galatasaray’s game on Sunday with reports Manchester United could be interested in Bruma. Jose Mourinho is a long-term admirer of the 22 year old after his attempts to land him when he was the Chelsea manager.
Under came through the Altinordu academy and signed for Basaksehir at the start of the season. He’s been one of the key players for the Basaksehir team in their title challenge against Besiktas.
The 19 year old has scored 9 goals and provided 8 assists this season. He signed for Basaksehir from Altınordu for €750K, but it’s currently unknown how much Basaksehir will want for their prized asset.
Under recently made his debut with Turkish national team and scored against Moldova on his debut in March. A left footed winger, he can comfortably operate on both wings, and his vision and shooting ability are the strongest areas of his game.
