On Thursday evening, French outlet L’Equipe came up with surprising claims saying Paris Saint Germain are in talks to sign Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford.
With the Ligue 1 side looking for a new attacking option, it was claimed the talks with the 24-year-old’s entourage are ‘moving positively’. And since his contract with the Red Devils expires in one year, that leaves the Parisian club in a ‘favourable’ position.
That’s another factor the French club will have on their side, with the story pointing out this could make ‘their job easier’ once they sit and negotiate with Manchester United.
Since none of the reports mentions what the Red Devils’ stance is on all of this, we continue to wait for more developments.
Manchester United have been struggling to sign attacking players this summer, and even though Rashford isn’t living his best days, his departure would certainly be a blow.
