As things stand, it seems that Marouane Fellaini will not be a Manchester United player next season, and he’s got three offers in front of him to choose from.
Our last article on the Belgian midfielder came last week, when Fotomac claimed his agent was in talks with Besiktas’ director for a summer move.
Since then, the Turkish outlet has only published one article, on Wednesday, claiming the deal was done, yet that came from the4thofficial.net, and you can head over to F365’s Mediawatch for the full story behind that one.
However, these claims that a deal was done led to Le10 Sport double checking a few things, and while they aren’t in a position to confirm anything, they do have some interesting information.
According to the French website, Fellaini has offers from Besiktas, Paris Saint-Germain (which they reported back in November) and an unnamed Chinese club.
While the offer from China is very lucrative, the deals from France and Turkey aren’t exactly paltry either, and they are said to be similar.
This means the Manchester United midfielder would be leaning more towards agreeing to Besiktas, as he knows he’ll get more game time there.
The PSG signing of Lassana Diarra will have done nothing to dispel these worries, either.
Jose Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to keep the player, but there doesn’t appear to be any great leap forward on a Manchester United stay.
That’s where the Fellaini saga stands right now, according to Le10 Sport.
