Despite the latest rumours saying Gabriel Jesus could be leaving Manchester City in the summer, a move out of the club isn’t crossing the player’s mind, Sport Witness have learned.

Sources have told us that the 22-year-old sees no reason for a move now, as he’s happy to be at a club disputing every single competition they’re in.

Even though Jesus hasn’t been Pep Guardiola’s first choice for the centre-forward position, the player understands the importance of the great form of his teammate Sergio Aguero, who has scored 31 goals and made 10 assists this season.

So despite having only eight Premier League starts this season and being willing to play more, the Brazilian is focused on continuing his work at the club, and the idea of a departure isn’t even a subject in his conversations.

Signed from Brazilian side Palmeiras on a €32m move back in 2016, Gabriel Jesus has 43 goals and 15 assists in 99 appearances for Manchester City so far.

So if Pep Guardiola’s side decide to sell the player in order to sign João Félix from Benfica, as the Portuguese press have been saying, that will totally be a club decision.
