Luton Town, Norwich City and West Bromwich Albion are among the clubs in the picture to sign FC St. Gallen star Willem Geubbels in the winter market.

That’s according to Foot Mercato, who tag Norwich City and West Brom when covering the latest on Luton Town.

The striker has starred for the Swiss club this season, scoring nine goals and registering two assists so far.

His performances have attracted interest from other European, and Geubbels is particularly targeted by Championship sides. He could ‘quickly change’ clubs in this window and there are several sides keen on securing his services.

The report states Luton Town are in ‘advanced talks’ to sign the frontman on a loan deal. They want the Frenchman and are looking to get ahead of Norwich City, West Brom and other interested parties.

Norwich City and West Brom interest has already been reported in the UK. On Friday, 444.ch reported St. Gallen want to retain Geubbels and need an outrageous proposal to consider selling him.

Luton Town want to sign the player on a loan deal, and this doesn’t sound tempting for St. Gallen.
