Despite multiple claims that AS Roma were considering signing Diego Llorente permanently from Leeds United, his latest performance might have made them think twice about triggering the clause.

Both Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere dello Sport give the Leeds loanee very low ratings in their ranking of the players on the pitch, with the latter even labelling him ‘The Worst’.
The former give him a 4.5/10, saying that it was a ‘bad thing’ that he was ‘paraded like this’ by the Brazilian forward, having watched him enter the box, initially followed him before somehow losing him to let him score, and ‘when he finds him again, the ball is in the net’.
They see this as a ‘serious error’ from the Leeds man’s part, and this is something Corriere dello Sport also agree on.
Not exactly a glowing review for the Leeds loanee, who will now have to bounce back as quickly as possible and hope this performance doesn’t see him drop in the pecking order, with Evan N’Dicka now returning from winning AFCON with Ivory Coast.
