The CEO of Rushbet, Everton’s first commercial partner in Colombia, has revealed his determination to consolidate his agreement with the club.
Everton announced their partnership with the Colombian company back in December, with them becoming the Blues first commercial partner in the country.
The multi-year agreement saw the company become Everton’s official betting partner in Colombia and sees their players, with James Rodriguez and Yerry Mina more than likely prominent, featuring on the country’s major broadcast channels.
The partnership is part of the club’s efforts to build on their growing profile in the South American country, with Everton fever having taken over following Rodriguez’s arrival last summer.
That caused a significant increase in the number of Blues fans in the country, as well as things such as merchandise sales, audiences for games and even website traffic.
It’s something they are keen to exploit, and Omar Calvo, Rushbet’s CEO, is just as open to expanding the arrangement.
“We look forward to consolidating our alliance with Everton,” he told La Republica.
“Also to be able to continue expanding our portfolio of games.
“This year, we launched live casino, which is the possibility of playing the same games as in a physical casino.
“But you do it from the screen of the cell phone or computer with real dealers on the other side of the screen and continue to consolidate ourselves in Colombia.”
