For the past few days, reports in the UK stated Liverpool are looking at Torino star Gleison Bremer. The Reds keeping tabs on the Brazilian is discussed in his country and Italy.
The Serie A side conceded 30 goals from 31 league games this season and this impressive record is partly down to the 25-year-old. He has not only been the standout player in the Serie A.
Bremer has seen his fine performances rewarded with a new contract in February. Despite signing an extension with the Italian club, the centre-back continues to draw attention from Inter Milan and other clubs.
According to O Tempo, the defender ‘interests’ the Merseyside club and the Nerazzurri, as these are the two clubs that ‘want to sign Bremer’ in the summer.
Over in Italy, Tutto Juve warns there would also be Liverpool ‘ready to fight’ for Bremer’s signature.
It’s even claimed Jürgen Klopp’s side ‘would like to present a proposal’ of around €30m to Torino, to try and beat competition from Italian clubs.
Tutto Juve have not made it clear whether this is the original information or if they have relayed these claims from elsewhere.
