Italian newspaper Gazzetta Dello Sport brings a story featuring the Inter Milan wonderkid Sebastiano Esposito this Saturday.
The outlet speaks about the striker’s talents, who’s been impressing both for the Nerazzurri as for Italy’s youth squads.
With a headline saying he’s rejected Liverpool, Gazzetta claims that the player’s future should be safe at Inter Milan, since he has no intention of leaving the club.
It’s claimed that after an approach from PSG, there was also some ‘insistence’ from Liverpool. Esposito’s family, however, guarantees that he’s staying at Inter Milan.
So if the Reds want to stand a chance, they need to convince the player’s family.
This is not the first time the 16-year-old is linked to Premier League sides. He was first linked to Chelsea, and earlier this week, Manchester City were also said to be interested in him.
Esposito is protected by a three-year contract, which is the maximum for underage players, which runs until 2021. He has 22 goals in 31 appearances for Inter’s youth ranks this season.
