PAOK FC are eyeing up a move for Liverpool youngster Kamil Grabara as they look to add a new goalkeeper to their ranks this summer.
That’s what’s reported in Greece and Poland, with Sportime editor in chief Giannis Chorianopoulos and Kanał Sportowy commentator Mateusz Borek both claiming it today.
Chorianopoulos reports that PAOK ‘will make a move’ for the Liverpool youngster, with Borek simply stating that Grabara ‘enters’ the Greek club – we’re translating that as he’s incoming.
That is all that either are willing or can offer in terms of information at this point, with neither making it clear whether the prospective deal would be a loan move or permanent transfer.
The latter seems likely given that Grabara has spent the last two season out on loan from Liverpool, first at Aarhus GF and then Huddersfield Town last season.
That would suggest they think highly of him and are looking for him to gain experience away from Anfield.
However, given Jürgen Klopp already has Alisson, Adrián, Loris Karius and the highly-rated Caoimhin Kelleher at his disposal, perhaps a permanent move is on the cards for the Polish goalkeeper.
