Aston Villa star Jordan Amavi is a wanted man this summer, and is expected to leave Villa Park.
Reports say Premier League giants Liverpool have already approached the representatives of the Aston Villa star over the possibility of signing him this summer.
Amavi could also return to France, and has been linked to AS Monaco and Lyon in recent weeks.
According to a latest developments on French website Made in Foot, Bastia are now interested in signing Amavi on loan for next season, but face competition from Marseille.
Amavi, however, could favour a permanent move to Liverpool, if they’re genuinely interested in signing him, and the chance of playing under Jurgen Klopp would be very tempting.
The 22-year-old suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury, which saw him miss most of last season, and subsequently couldn’t help his team from avoiding relegation.
Earlier, L’Equipe reported Amavi could cost around £11m, after Aston Villa signed him for £8.25m at the start of the season.
The French left back was tipped to make Didier Deschamps’ Euro squad, and it now seems he has several options on his table.
