Östersund forward Saman Ghoddos has told the Swedish media he’s planning to get a transfer in the summer window.
The 24 year old has been linked with a move to Leicester City in recent weeks.
Speaking to Fotboll Direkt, Ghoddos was asked about his future with OFK: “The goal is to move this summer. It’s the best window, but there’s no stress either. What happens, happens.”
Last month we covered reports that Leicester City sent a scout to the game between Arsenal and OFK to get a lowdown on the Iran international.
The attacker impressed in his side’s 2-1 victory over Arsenal after he provided assists for both goals.
Leicester City will be looking to strengthen in the next window, and Ghoddos looks to be an option for Claude Puel, as the Frenchman looks to bolster his attack.
The Foxes will expect to face competition to sign the player with fellow Premier League sides West Ham United, West Bromwich Albion and Crystal Palace also being linked.
