Caleb Okoli joined Leicester City from Atalanta in the summer and has already become an important part of Steve Cooper’s side.
The centre-back, who was called up to the Italian national side earlier in the campaign, has played seven times in the Premier League and his agent highlighted two days ago how the defender is ‘satisfied’ at the King Power.
There is now an insistence that Okoli could be in line for a return to Italy.
Il Pallone Gonfiato have reported today that Inter Milan want a new centre-back soon and the Leicester man is a ‘profile to keep an eye on’ for the Nerazzurri.
The Italian giants believe that Okoli is ideal to operate in a back three, which is something he has thrived in during his time at Atalanta.
As of now, Leicester value the player at €20m. While that might be a significant fee for an Italian side, Inter are looking to move on players and earn cash before signing a defender.
They could attempt a move in the summer and the Foxes would hope that Okoli’s price rises further till then.
