Three Premier League clubs have reportedly made approaches for the signing of João Mário from Inter Milan.
According to Portuguese outlet O Jogo, Leeds United, Newcastle United and West Ham United are all interested in the winger.
The report claims that João Mário isn’t wanted by manager Antonio Conte at Inter Milan, and should leave the club again this summer.
O Jogo takes claims from Italy to say the Nerazzurri are currently demanding €13m for his transfer. That’s something that Lokomotiv Moscow, who had him on loan last season, won’t pay.
West Ham had João Mário on a six-month loan from Inter Milan back in 2018. He managed two goals and one assist in 14 appearances for the Hammers.
However, it’s still not said if Leeds, Newcastle or the Hammers would match the Italian side’s demands for the 27-year-old. Besides the three English sides, Galatasaray, Real Betis and Valencia are said to be in the race as well.
