Alex Sandro has been linked with a move to Chelsea in Italy this month.

On May 7th, we covered claims made by Tutto Juve that the Blues like the left-back, while it was also stated Manchester United could make an offer for him.

The London club’s interest in the 30-year-old is down to the presence of Thomas Tuchel at Stamford Bridge.

That’s what Il BiancoNero are reporting and they add the Chelsea manager tried to sign the defender when he was at Paris Saint-Germain.

Sandro has made 23 league appearances this season, but the Turin club are still looking to cut ties with the Brazil international in the upcoming window.

The fullback earns a net salary of €6m per season and it’s becoming too much for the Serie A side. The money invested by Juve for signing Sandro in 2015 has been amortised and therefore, his sale would allow the Old Lady to make a ‘perfect capital gain’ in the summer.

It’s claimed ‘one of the tracks leads to Chelsea’, and a potential exchange deal involving either left-back Emerson Palmeiri or midfielder Jorginho can be a ‘concrete possibility.’

Emerson has struggled for regular minutes and taking this into account, he could have more chances than Jorginho of going to Juventus, while Sandro moves in the opposite direction.
