Italian newspaper Tuttosport has been having a busy week writing about the future of Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Following the Old Lady’s elimination from the Champions League, they’ve been wondering if the Portuguese forward will stay at the club beyond the current season.
Now, amid the many rumours circling this story, it was a bit surprising to see the name of Everton star Richarlison mentioned in their Thursday edition.
Here’s the reason: Tuttosport decided to invite several agents to bring their opinions on the future of Cristiano Ronaldo, and other than just taking wild guesses as to what will happen to him, some of them also suggested some signings Juventus should make to help the 36-year-old.
That’s where João Santos, who’s the agent of Chelsea midfielder Jorginho, claimed Richarlison is one of the players who could help Ronaldo achieve bigger things at Juventus.
“A man like Cristiano, all the big clubs would like him if he were on the market, but I’m convinced that he will stay at Juventus to complete the Champions mission,” João Santos told Tuttosport.
“In attack, to partner with CR7, I’d take Richarlison from Everton.”
Even though we’ve never seen Richarlison linked to Juventus in the past, we wouldn’t be surprised to see Tuttosport soon making these quotes into a new rumour for the summer.
