Tottenham Hotspur are set to face RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.

It’s a chance for Jose Mourinho’s side to bring a little optimism back to the club, after a difficult run of results.

The Bundesliga side won 1-0 in the first leg in London, and it will take some effort for Spurs to turn that around in Germany.

There’s some doubt around the match because of restrictions German authorities are putting in place to try and slow the spread of Coronavirus.

As it stands, the country has 1,112 confirmed cases.

Bild report that the health authorities for the city of Leipzig have been advising the club of the current situation on Monday. A spokesman has informed the German media that a decision should be taken on Monday afternoon, regarding whether the match can actually go ahead.

There was a recommendation in Germany over the weekend that all gatherings with more than one thousand people be cancelled, however, there’s a possibility of playing football matches behind closed doors.
