Philippe Coutinho has been linked with moves to endless clubs this summer.
The former Liverpool player hasn’t managed to shine in Barcelona, and as the club look for ways to afford a Neymar return, Coutinho’s future has been thrown into doubt.
As the transfer window for Premier League clubs got ready to close, the Brazilian appeared to be offered to several teams, with nobody really deciding to bite. That Coutinho himself wasn’t all that keen on a potential deal didn’t help things.
With a return to England now ruled out, he’s being linked with PSG and Bayern Munich.
Bild have taken a look at the claims for the Bundesliga champions and rubbished them. Christian Falk, perhaps the journalist with the best Bayern connections, says there’s no interest in Coutinho despite him being offered to the club.
Instead, Bayern Munich are keeping an eye on Barcelona’s transfer business, because they could move for Ousmane Dembele.
The former Borussia Dortmund player has been a consideration at Bayern for some time, and if Neymar does return to Catalonia then the suggestion is Dembele may become available.
