Catalan outlet Sport reports today a bid from Fulham for Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo.
They claim the Premier League side have submitted an offer to sign the 20-year-old, and are willing to pay an initial amount of €18m plus a further €5m in bonuses.
Sport writes that Barcelona ‘like this operation’ and are now waiting for a decision from the player regarding the move.
They say Fulham aren’t alone in the race for Todibo, since other Premier League sides, such as Everton, Leicester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers, have been interested in him.
According to Sport, Todibo is having ‘his last days at Barcelona’, and knows the Camp Nou side don’t have him in their plans and want to cash-in with his sale.
The defender has just returned from a loan spell at Schalke 04, who had an option to buy him for €25m, but decided not to trigger it.
Todibo joined Barcelona in January 2019 in a €1m move from Toulouse, and only made five appearances for the Catalan side.
