Paris Saint Germain are advancing in negotiations for the signing of Manchester United star Paul Pogba, according to the latest reports from France.
RMC Sport journalist Mohamed Bouhafsi today brings an update on the Ligue 1 side’s transfer plans, as they’re now close to completing the signings of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi and Sergio Ramos.
Now regarding Pogba, it’s claimed that PSG continue to ‘study’ the chances of signing the 28-year-old, as ‘discussions are taking place’ between the club and the player’s entourage.
Bouhafsi says the Red Devils’ midfielder seems ‘more and more open to the idea’ of joining the French side.
Paul Pogba has a contract with Manchester United running until 2022. That puts the Red Devils in a position where they could sell him now or lose him for free at the end of the season.
With many media outlets claiming the midfielder could indeed leave Manchester United this summer, the Frenchman is currently valued by Transfermarkt at €60m.
