Even though he is with the Brazil squad for the 2019 Copa America, his representatives are negotiating his arrival in France with PSG sporting director Leonardo.
Conditions specified for the transfer have been viewed as positive by Thomas Tuchel’s side because Coutinho would charge half of what Neymar is earning.
After the end of the Copa America, the deal to take Coutinho to PSG could accelerate.
