Fulham in were busy in completing several loan deals on deadline day.
One of them is Luciano Vietto, who moved to Craven Cottage on a season-long loan deal from Atletico Madrid.
As a part of the deal, the newly promoted Premier League club will have an option of signing the Argentine on the permanent deal next summer. Spanish newspaper Marca has revealed the Cottagers will pay €2.7m to the Europa League winners as a loan fee.
The 23-year-old was signed for the Spanish capital club from Villarreal in 2015. He has struggled to get regular playing time under Digeo Simeone and therefore, has been away on loan.
Vietto had loan spells at Sevilla and Valencia and a move to the Premier League will be his third since 2016.
If he impresses for Slaviša Jokanović’s side, the English club will have an option of landing him on a permanent deal. The report does not mention if there is a fee that has been agreed between the two clubs to sign him next summer.
