Queens Park Rangers midfielder Sandro Ranieri is still to receive good offers to leave the Championship side before the transfer window closes.

Speaking to Sport Witness, his agent Luiz Paulo Chignall said: “There’s nothing so far. Let’s wait until the end.”

Sandro spent last season on loan at West Bromwich, but the Baggies decided not to use their buying option over him.

The midfielder also got close to join Sporting this summer. But he allegedly failed his medical and then accused the Sporting board of not examining him right as a tactic to offer less money.

At the time, Sandro said he was afraid it could harm his chances of finding another club, and he may well have been right.

The Brazilian joined QPR from Tottenham in 2014 for £6.4m.
