Fanatik claim Everton officials will tonight meet with Besiktas vice president Ahmet Nur Cebi to conclude the deal for Cenk Tosun.
The Turkish newspaper claims Everton officials will arrive in Istanbul later this evening to meet with Cebi, and after that meeting the transfer is likely to be completed
Earlier today we covered reports from Turkey that Tosun’s move to Everton is close, and all that needs agreeing on is the finer details of the deal. It’s expected the attacker will sign a four and half year deal with the Premier League side.
Last night the Turkey international said his goodbyes to Besiktas’ fans, with reports the transfer should be completed next week.
Everton have been linked with a move for Tosun in recent months after they held talks with his agent in Germany in October, as covered by Sport Witness, and it now seems a deal is close.
It’s been claimed the Premier League side will sign the Turkey international for a fee in the region of €25m.
