Everton and Newcastle United interest in Matchoi Djaló continues to be reported in Portugal.
O Jogo say the Toffees and Magpies are along with Juventus in the race for the Paços de Ferreira youngster.
Djalo is only 16-years-old, but his three appearances for the first team have been catching the attention of new clubs.
O Jogo claims that these sides could trigger the winger’s €5m release clause and sign him in the January transfer window.
This is a story which started in the English press, and when covering it earlier this week, outlet Record credited the first source to report it.
This time, O Jogo doesn’t make it clear if this is an exclusive or if it’s coming from somewhere else. Either way, this is a rumour which has been growing in Portugal.
Paços de Ferreira have already made it clear that they’re willing to negotiate, although they can’t demand a lot, since the release clause is a lot lower than usual.
Should Everton and Newcastle interest be genuine then shouldn’t be a difficult deal to complete.
