Turkish TV Channel A Spor report Everton have made a €18m bid to sign Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida.
The Croatia international has been linked with the Premier League club in recent weeks.
A Spor’s journalist Aykut Ince says Everton’s offer has now arrived with Besiktas and the Turkish club is now considering the bid.
Everton have been strongly linked with a move for Vida and have reportedly made other bids for the player in the past week.
Leicester City are also in the mix to sign Vida, and A Spor commentator Safak Malatya says Besiktas manager Senol Gunes thinks the player will leave the Turkish club after the World Cup.
Besiktas signed Vida on a free transfer just six months ago and the club are likely to sell for the right price. The Turkish side need to add a striker, right-back and winger to their squad and Malatya explained selling Vida will provide funds for those transfers.
