Everton and Nottingham Forest remain interested in FC Union forward Sheraldo Becker, but now face competition from West Ham for his signature.
That’s according to SportBILD, who say the Premier League trio have the forward ‘on their list’ ahead of the summer.
Becker has been one of the star men of FC Union’s superb campaign, with seven goals and four assists to his name in 24 Bundesliga games so far.
The 28-year-old’s performances have not gone unnoticed and SportBILD state that Everton, Nottingham Forest and West Ham are also showing an interest in him.
The player is aware that he could earn ‘twice as much’ in England as he does in Germany, where he currently earns between €1.5m and €2m a year.
His current contract runs until 2025 so there is no pressing need for Union to sell at this moment in time. His current market value is €15m so that is the price his suitors will have to start from.
The Toffees were linked at the end of the January transfer window as they desperately scrambled to sign a striker while Forest were said to have initiated talks about a potential deal back in December.
This is the first time the Hammers have been linked but with increasing speculation regarding Gianluca Scamacca’s future, it makes sense for them to potentially be looking around at what is available.
For now it seems Becker is a name to keep an eye on ahead of the summer, with his performances earning him attention from at least three teams in the Premier League.
