Inter Milan have sold Achraf Hakimi to Paris Saint-Germain this month and the Moroccan’s exit has seen the Nerazzurri look for a new right-back in the market.

Héctor Bellerín, who wants to leave Arsenal, has emerged as one of the targets for the Serie A winners.

On July 13th, Calciomercato reported the 26-year-old is ‘pushing to get the green light’ from the Gunners to seal an exit from the Emirates.

Later that day, these claims were further backed up by both Gazzetta dello Sport and Corriere dello Sport.

It was stated the Spaniard is keen on joining Inter in the ongoing window, which is why they can approach this case ‘more calmly’.

Simone Inzaghi’s side are close to securing Zinho Vanheusden’s loan move to Genoa.

Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio met Genoa chiefs Alessandro Zarbano and Francis Marroccu in a hotel in Milan on Tuesday. Following the meeting, Calciomercato.it quizzed Ausilio over the possibility of the Arsenal player arriving at the club.

Responding to that, the Inter director said: “If Bellerín arrives? There is no news.”
