Turkish website Sporx report Besiktas are set to reignite their interest in Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke.
According to Sporx, the Belgian striker has been offered to the Turkish club via agents, and Besiktas are considering signing him on a loan deal.
Benteke had arguably his worst season in the Premier League in the last campaign and the Crystal Palace player could be looking for a fresh start, say Sporx.
The Belgium international was closely linked with a move to Besiktas during the second half of last season and it seems the Turkish club have been presented with an opportunity.
Besiktas are also reportedly monitoring Andre Pierre Gignac, who is currently with Mexican side Tigres, and Benteke seems to be an alternative to the Frenchman.
A loan deal may not be wroth it for Palace, especially as the player would return with only a year left on his contract.
Benteke played 31 games for the Premier League side last season, scoring just three goals. The 27 year old still has two years left on his current Crystal Palace contract.
