Crystal Palace loanee Alexander Sørloth suffered a suspected concussion against Alanyaspor on Sunday and was subsequently rushed to hospital, report Fanatik.
During the closing stages of the match, the Norwegian striker collided with a Alanyaspor player and was knocked out.
The Crystal Palace owned player was immediately taken to hospital by Trabzonspor’s medical staff and despite initial fears, Fanatik say he’s now in good condition and hasn’t suffered any major trauma to his brain.
After undergoing tests it’s reported Sørloth has now returned home, which came as a relief to Trabzonspor technical staff and the fans.
The former Midtjylland striker has played 19 games for the Super Lig side this season and has scored 8 goals.
He’s quickly established himself as a key player in Unal Karaman’s side, and that has led to rumours Trabzonspor will make his move from Crystal Palace permanent at the end of the season.
There are claims they can purchase the Norway international for €6m.
