Crystal Palace have expressed an interest in Stade de Reims striker Boulaye Dia but face competition from Fulham for his signature.
That’s according to Le 10 Sport, who say the Premier League duo have expressed their interest in the Ligue 1 top goalscorer.
Dia is the current top goalscorer in Ligue 1 with 12 goals in 18 games so far, and that form has, as it always will, earned him admiring glances from afar.
The Premier League has taken particular notice of is exploits, and West Ham United are thought to be pursuing a deal for him.
However, it seems they are not the only English side keen with Crystal Palace and Fulham now also chasing his signature.
Le 10 state that they are both ‘expressing their interest’ and ‘obtaining information’ about the terms of a deal.
At the moment neither team has made an official offer, but they are ‘likely to make concrete progress’ by the end of the transfer window.
Krasnodar in Russia have also declared an interest in the 24-year-old, yet it is the Premier League trio, now including Crystal Palace and Fulham, that appear to be leading the race.
