According to Turkish newspaper Star, Crystal Palace are considering making an offer for Fenerbahce midfielder Ozan Tufan.
Crystal Palace have been linked with the Turkey international in the past, but a deal collapsed at the last minute.
It’s reported the Eagles are keen to sign the 24 year old on a free transfer when his current deal with Fenerbahce expires at the end of the season, but the Yellow Canaries are still looking to tie him down to a new long-term deal.
Star say Tufan has informed the Super Lig club’s board about the interest from Crystal Palace after speaking with his agent. Subsequently, Fenerbahce will do everything they can in order to keep him in their squad beyond this campaign.
Tufan was loaned out to Alanyaspor last season after failing to ‘live up to the hype’ since his €7m move from Bursaspor in 2015, but since his return in the summer he’s become a key player for Fenerbahce.
The 24 year old has made seven appearances for Fener this season.
