Tottenham Hotspur are in the mix to sign Torino’s Gleison Bremer this summer.
Tuttosport have a report focusing on Inter Milan and AC Milan interest in the defender. The former have long had the Brazilian on their agenda.
Milan are looking at the 25-year-old in the event they fail to sign Lille’s Sven Botman. Stefano Pioli’s side can get ahead of the Nerazzurri by offering a better deal to Torino.
This is happening to Inter at a time when Tottenham are making an assault for Alessandro Bastoni. The Italy international has been identified as target by both Antonio Conte and Fabio Paratici.
Simone Inzaghi has informed the club that he is against the idea of selling Bastoni. Inter have understood the manager’s request, but must sell one of their prized assets in order to balance their books.
Apart from Bastoni, Tottenham are also in the picture for Bremer as the latter, presumably as an alternative. It’s said the north London club have ‘begun to move’ for the South American.
In other words, Spurs are looking at both Bastoni and Bremer as options to bolster their defence next season.
With Tottenham joining the Milan clubs in chasing the Brazilian, Torino chiefs Urbano Cairo and Davide Vagnati, would be hoping for an auction for their player.
The figures for Bremer are oscillating between €30m and €40m, with bonuses and a percentage of a future sale.
