There’s a lot of contradicting information coming out of Italy today regarding the possible deals to be made between Tottenham and Juventus in January.
The most recurring name is that of Dejan Kulusevski, with many outlets claiming that he is a favourite of both Antonio Conte’s and Fabio Paratici’s, and the latest suggested they were ‘serious’ about a transfer for the Swede.
Calciomercato, however, see it differently, with them claiming Spurs’ manager is ‘less enthusiastic’ about Kulusevski than his director of football.
In fact, if Conte ‘had to pick a player from Juventus, he would prefer to go for Weston McKennie’ rather than the Sweden international.
That’s an interesting turn of events, although it’s been made clear in the past that both the American midfielder and his colleague could be sold this season, even if the former has found more regular time of late.
We’ll have to wait and see, but the general consensus seems to be that someone will travel from Turin to London at some point in January.
It just entirely depends on who.
