Celtic star Odsonne Edouard is attracting attention from Serie A, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Lazio are looking to strengthen their attacking division after their manager, Simone Inzaghi, asked for a new striker. Andrea Petagna is top of his list, but SPAL are unwilling to let their player leave.
Igli Tare, the Serie A club’s director of football wants to invest in a young player and is ‘attentive’ to two profiles. One of them is the Bhoys forward as it’s claimed ‘concrete clues’ lead to Edouard.
Corriere doesn’t specify if either Neil Lennon’s side or the Frenchman are open to the transfer.
Celtic signed Edouard on a permanent transfer from Paris Saint-Germain last summer, a year after initially signing him on a loan deal.
The 21-year-old impressed for the Scottish champions last season, with 22 goals and eight assists in all competitions. This campaign, he has already scored five goals and registered four assists in nine appearances.
Edouard has three more years left on his contract at Celtic Park.
