Everton took Djibril Sidibé on loan from AS Monaco and the deal includes the option to make the defender’s transfer permanent in the summer.
On January 14th, we relayed news from France that the right-back’s agent had held talks with AC Milan for a transfer.
Milan are not the only club chasing him as Calciomercato now claims Juventus have also set their sights on Sidibé.
Fabio Paratici is planning to strengthen the fullback position after this campaign. Danilo, who arrived at the Turin club from Manchester City last summer, hasn’t convinced, while they failed to bring in new players during January.
Prior to him joining Everton, the Old Lady were looking at the France international and the 27-year-old is back on their radar.
The Serie A winners will move for the World Cup winner, if Carlo Ancelotti’s side decide against keeping the right-back at Goodison Park beyond this season. The Italian outlet states Sidibé should cost around €15m.
Sidibé has managed four assists in 18 league appearances for the Toffees this season.
