Juventus winger Federico Chiesa is the type of player who can’t stop being involved in transfer rumours, even though the Old Lady are said to be pretty satisfied with him.

The 24-year-old has been linked to a few Premier League clubs this year, especially Chelsea, with several reports from Italy claiming the Blues could soon bid for the player.

Today it’s CalcioMercato.it who features a piece on Chiesa, and despite claiming Juventus would prefer to not sell him, his market value is still something that could result in a transfer.

It’s said that the Old Lady have set his price in between €60m and €70m, as the money they could make with his transfer would be enough for a ‘small revolution’ at the club.

It’s said a ‘footballer of his calibre’ would only have the Premier League as a potential destination, even though the website doesn’t mention the interested clubs this time.

Chiesa has three goals and three assists for Juventus this season, and is out at least until Christmas with a muscle injury.

Now if Chelsea really want his signing in January, this sounds like the right time to make an attempt, and at a far more reasonable price than the €100m that was being thrown around last summer following a great Euros campaign.

If he becomes available, the Blues are certainly likely to be first in line.
