Fanatik have reported Fenerbahçe are ready to table an offer for Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina. The Turkish club are in the market for a new stopper this summer as they look replace Fabiano, and Arsenal’s Ospina has emerged as a prime target.
SporX have claimed Fenerbahçe officials are ready to fly to England to hold meetings with Arsenal regarding Ospina. According to Fanatik, Fenerbahçe have already agreed personal terms with Ospina after offering the Colombian a four year deal.
Fenerbahçe now have to convince Arsenal to let Ospina leave and they’re set for hard negotiations with the English club.
Fanatik say Ospina thinks his game time will be even more limited if Wojciech Schezny returns to the North London side this summer, and he’ll try to get Arsenal to lower they’re asking price.
Ospina wants to play regularly before the 2018 World Cup, and Fenerbahçe could offer him that chance on what would still be a big stage.
