The Turkish transfer window closes today and there’s a late panic from clubs to get signings through the door whilst they’re still able to do so.

Mauro Icardi and Juan Mata both arrived in Istanbul this week to sign for Galatasaray, and over at Fenerbahce they have a number of options on the table.

According to FotoSpor, Fener have ‘made an offer’ to sign Loic Mbe Soh from Nottingham Forest.

The 21-year-old moved to the Premier League club in 2020 from PSG, and is out of the first team picture this season, much the same as he was during the last campaign.

Managing to make the bench, but not getting off it, for the first two matches of the seasons, the defender has been out of the squad since then.

FotoSpor say Nottingham Forest have given Fenerbahce permission to speak to the player, and the Super Lig club have therefore held a meeting with his father.

There’s no indication whether this would be a permanent transfer or a loan deal.
