Gunes claim Besiktas are very close to signing Tottenham Hotspur winger Georges Kevin N’Koudou, with the Black Eagles having agreed terms with the Premier League side over a loan deal.

The player has been linked with the Istanbul club in recent weeks and the Turkish media believe a deal looks likely to be completed by next week’s deadline.

It’s reported the Turkish club are now discussing personal terms with the Frenchman and N’Koudou is now expected to replace Ricardo Quaresma, who looks set to join FC Porto.

Besiktas manager Senol Gunes is reportedly unhappy with the options he has for the wing positions and therefore has targeted the Tottenham attacker.

The 23 year old has been expected to leave Tottenham due to a lack of game time and Besiktas could offer him much needed first team football.

Earlier in this transfer window we covered reports from Turkey that Tottenham didn’t want to agree to right of redemption as they just want a dry loan deal.

N’Koudou is under contract with the North London club until June 2021.
