Widely seen as the kings of the free transfer, it appears Juventus have struck again.

This time, it’s Chelsea who will suffer from the Serie A leaders’ pull, as Calciomercato in Italy are reporting that the Italians have reached a ‘total agreement’ with Samuel Iling.

The young winger, who turned 16 last October, reportedly made his intention to leave clear to the Stamford Bridge side, and while Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig were all keen, he will be moving to Turin.

The Italian website state the medical was ‘already made a couple of weeks ago’ and Iling will, from September onwards, be a Juventus player.

There might have been some worry that sniping a youngster from Chelsea’s academy could sour the relationship between the two clubs, who may end up in talks about both Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri, but that won’t be the case.

That’s because the Blues ‘have long known about the player’s decision to leave’, but that doesn’t mean Marina Granovskaia and co. will give Juventus discounts either.

Either way, Calciomercato are convinced: Samuel Iling is leaving Chelsea for Juventus.
