Two months ago, we covered claims from France that Liverpool have followed Lille’s Leny Yoro for more than a year.

The centre-back continues to be on the Reds’ radar as RMC Sport state they are closely monitoring his situation.

Liverpool are mentioned in a report that focuses on Paris Saint-Germain’s interest in the 18-year-old.

The Ligue 1 winners will try to make a new attempt after failing in January, and will face competition from Liverpool and Real Madrid in the summer window.

Lille president Olivier Létang’s recent request of €100m won’t be fulfilled since the player only has a year left on his deal. RMC Sport believe a deal could be concluded for €60m or less, with bonuses included.

L’Equipe also state PSG will face ‘intense competition’ from Liverpool and other clubs in the race for Yoro.

The newspaper points out the youngster recently thanked the club’s employees at the training centre and it felt like his farewell. The defender wants a move and has refused to sign an extension, making Létang consider his sale.

Luis Enrique’s side could be an option and they are expected to fight with Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester United for Yoro. He’s managed by Jorge Mendes and PSG are hoping the super-agent can help them overcome competition.

L’Equipe relay claims from Spain about Lille demanding €60m and add that their request shouldn’t be far from this figure.
