Takvim report Besiktas president Fikret Orman will fly to England with board member Umut Guner to finalise a deal for West Bromwich Albion attacker Nacer Chadli.
According to Takvim, the pair are looking to finally seal a deal Chadli and are trying to get West Brom to lower their asking price.
It’s previously been reported the Turkish club have agreed personal terms with Chadli, and they are also very close to convincing West Brom over a loan move.
Takvim claim Chadli is keen to play for Besiktas and the Turkish club could even sign him permanently if they fail to convince West Brom over a loan move.
The Istanbul club could still sign the Belgian after this week’s deadline as their window only closes at the end of the month.
Besiktas manager Senol Gunes reportedly wants Chadli in his squad, and he’s told the club’s board he’d like to have the player before the start of the season.
The Belgium international still has two years left on his contract with the Baggies.
