Fanatik claim Besiktas are looking to sign Kelechi Iheanacho from Leicester City to replace Cenk Tosun.
The Turkish club last week sold Tosun to Everton, and now they are looking to replace the Turkey international, with Iheanacho being seen as a serious option.
According to Fanatik, Besiktas president Fikret Orman was in London last week to talk with the player’s agent, and the Turkish giants are looking to take him on loan from Leicester City.
According to Fanatik, Besiktas want Iheanacho on an 18 month loan, and the Turkish champions are looking for an agreement on a redemption clause.
Besiktas have also been linked with Iheanacho’s Leicester City teammate Islam Slimani, as the search for Tosun’s replacement continues.
Iheanacho joined Leicester City from Manchester City in the last window, but the young forward has failed to make an impact during his time with the Premier League side.
Since the appointment of Claude Puel, his first team chances have become even more limited, and he may need to find a club which can give him more playing time.
