As is the norm these days, Paris Saint-Germain have lost yet another of their talented youngsters, this time Leicester City being the ones profiting from the lack of first-team chances for academy products in the French capital.
According to emerging PSG source Paris United, who, up until the Neymar story, which is all over the place for everyone, had enjoyed a strong track record this summer, claim Alassane Meïté has signed a three-year deal with Leicester.

The 17-year-old, who is capable of playing across the front three with relative ease, explained in an interview with Foot Mercato back in 2015 he models his game on Sergio Agüero.
Unfortunately for him his goal of ‘signing a professional contract at Paris Saint-Germain’ and ‘imposing himself’ at the Ligue 1 side is one he won’t be accomplishing just yet, and a few years in the Premier League with Leicester City, or at least the Premier League 2, might help him develop enough to, perhaps, one day return there.
Capable of hitting the ball with both feet, although he prefers his right, Meïté could become an interesting addition for Leicester and Craig Shakespeare, especially with the club half-preparing a Riyad Mahrez exit, but it might be some time before we see him in the first-team at the King Power Stadium.
