Tottenham Hotspur are among clubs in the mix to sign Torino’s Gleison Bremer in the summer window.
On Monday, Sportmediaset journalist Claudio Raimondi reported that Spurs will present an offer to the Serie A side for the defender.
Inter Milan have an agreement in place with the 25-year-old, but are yet to agree a deal to conclude the transfer.
Although the Brazilian has given his word to the Nerazzurri, there are sirens for him from the Premier League. That’s according to La Stampa, via FcInterNews, who state Torino are testing the ground in England, hoping an auction can be unleashed for the centre-back.
It’s claimed Torino sporting director Davide Vagnati will fly to London, to hold talks with English clubs, with regards to incoming and outgoings. He plans to meet Leicester City for Dennis Praet, who spent last season on loan at the Italian club.
Vagnati could also make contact with Tottenham, and Bremer is likely to be the topic of discussion during the ‘possible meeting’ with Spurs.
MilanNews have also relayed La Stamp’s report, and they add Torino chairman Urbano Cairo values Bremer at €50m.
Inter view this price out of reach, and only clubs in the Premier League, where Tottenham are in the picture, could meet Cairo’s valuation.
