AC Milan will have to overcome the threat posed by Leeds United if they move for RB Salzburg star Noah Okafor at any point in the near future.
That’s according to Calciomercato, who say the Italian side ‘must beat competition’ from Jesse Marsch’s side for the 22-year-old.
Okafor has been in fine form for the Austrian side this season, bagging eight goals and two assists in 14 games in all competitions including three goals in three games in the Champions League.
They, though, ‘must beat competition’ from Leeds United for his signature, with the Whites having held an interest in him for a while, it seems.
Back at the beginning of last month we covered a report from the same outlet that stated Leeds are keen on Okafor and ‘on the trail’ of the forward.
That interest is unlikely to have diminished given his form this season and it seems that is the case, with them very much providing competition to Milan for his signature.
